Persist Coaches are all Fair Play and/or RETAIN certified, and specialize in a variety of areas e.g. ADHD, parental leave, support for fathers, etc.

Persist Coaches are there to help navigate relationship dynamics—whether you need a quick solution or ongoing guidance.

Persistants are our “personal assistants”.

Our team of Persistants are recruited and trained to get you the help you need. If there is something you need done, and you can’t shift the work to your partner - ask a Persistant. They can take it off your plate entirely, or do the research and give you options based on your preferences.

They can find you a housekeeper, a plumber, or a taxi service. They can book you doctor’s appointments, call your insurance company to dispute a bill, order birthday party supplies, or research life insurance options.

Our Persistants are all US-based, and range from professional executive assistants to stay-at-home moms, and are overall bad@sses. You will be paired with a Persistant based on your location, timing of need, and personality.

When you review the tasks in Persist’s CareLoad Assessment, you aren’t creating a weekly chore or to-do list. We actually like to think of each of these tasks as - T.A.S.Ks - a Total Approach to Sustaining Key-needs.

That’s because each one is more of an over-arching project plan, with many moving parts, rather than one simple item to check off a list.

Because of that, we believe that Persist can make the use of your preferred chore app or to-do list even more powerful. We help you see and discuss all of the effort, coordination and considerations for a particular task; making your method of tracking task completion and reminders based on agreed upon standards.

We all know the phrasing “It takes a village”, but many of us struggle to depend on those in close proximity, as we are living further away from family and friends who could be providing that support. We are aiming to rebuild that experience. Our Village includes access to Persistants and coaches, in addition to easy sharing of information of your household manual to third parties to expedite getting help. The Village represents Persist curated crowdsourcing approach, to ensure you get the help you need from your community, in the least amount of time.
