Persistants are our “personal assistants”.

Our team of Persistants are recruited and trained to help our app users get the help they need. They can assist you in building your household manual, or do the research and give you options of products and services. They can find you a housekeeper, a plumber, or a taxi service. They can book you doctor’s appointments, call your insurance company to dispute a bill, order birthday party supplies, or research life insurance options.

Our Persistants are all US-based, and range from professional executive assistants to stay-at-home moms, and are overall bad@asses. You will be paired with a Persistant based on your location, timing of need, and personality. Don’t be shy - you can request a different Persistant if you feel like a change.

Our app is a web-based platform for easy, universal access. No downloads or updates needed - just open your browser and start using our services right away, on any device! While the app store doesn’t currently support web apps, you can purchase Persist exclusively on our website.

A majority of Persist Coaches are Fair Play certified and/or certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coaches, and specialize in a variety of areas e.g. ADHD, parental leave, support for fathers, etc.

Persist Coaches are there to guide you to household alignment.

We all know the phrasing “It takes a village”, but many of us struggle to depend on those in close proximity, as we are living further away from family and friends who could be providing that support. We are aiming to rebuild that experience. Our Village includes access to Persistants and coaches, in addition to easy sharing of information of your household manual to third parties to expedite getting help. The Village represents Persist curated crowdsourcing approach, to ensure you get the help you need from your community, in the least amount of time.

In an era with an abundance of resources, the challenge of finding genuine support has become more daunting than ever. The process of vetting takes time and raises questions about which recommendations to trust. Are these recommendations attuned to the unique nuances of your household?
